It's AMAZING!! I have already made four of the recipes from their site, and am waiting to make several more. The ones I have already tried (and have LOVED all of them), have been:

I love trying new recipes, and am so excited to have found such a cute site that has FUN new recipes. You should seriously go look around their site. It will make you hungry.
I have also recently made sweet potato bread. It was incredibly moist and came out tasting very similar to pumpkin bread (not surprising if you've ever had sweet potato pie....which has been mistaken for pumpkin pie).

And don't forget the holidays. I am making wreaths to give to people for Christmas (well, before Christmas, so they can actually use them). Hopefully I will be able to post pictures soon. I love Christmas, and crafting, and making things. What a fun time of year!

Cake Balls

I saw these on a friend's blog and decided to try them. They are super easy, look great, and are fun to eat. You just bake a cake, and let it cool. Break it up into pieces in a bowl, stir in a tub of frosting, and then shape into balls and freeze until firm. Dip in chocolate (I used almond bark because it's less expensive), and then decorate as desired. Mine have chocolate, sprinkles, walnuts and coconut. The coconut ones were amazing with the chocolate cake!!!

Cheesecake

Brian loves cheesecake, so he got one for Father's Day. I used a copy of the "Cheesecake Factory" recipe, and the texture is awesome. Definitely the best cheesecake I've made yet...eveni f it did crack a little.

I started this blog with great intentions, but then I got lazy. I hate it when that happens. I haven't forgotten about it, I have simply stopped documenting the fun things I've been making. But, as a small catch up, here are the cakes I've made in the last little while.

Graduation

Two of the Graduate Assistants in our office are graduating this week. We are going out to lunch to celebrate with them on Monday. I thought it would be fun to make them a cake.

Egg rolls, Pizza and Cookies

I found a recipe for Taco Egg Rolls. Here they are. They were pretty good. Not amazing.
BBQ Chicken Pizza. This is absolutely divine! And....so easy. What could be better?
Chocolate chip cookies. Nothing special. But I was very pleased with how round they came out.

A cake for a girl I work with. She just wanted me to make her a cake. So I did.
Eclairs. Mmmmm... They were so yummy. I don't usually praise my own cooking, but these were by far the best Eclairs I have ever made. They didn't last long.

This blog was supposed to just be for food. But I'm proud of these bulletin boards I did, so here are pics of them. The last one is over 24 feet long and almost 7 feet tall.

Rolls!

These are my cinnamon and orange rolls. I made them for a General Conference party. The left half is cinnamon, the right half is orange. Do you know Orange Rolls are? People in South Carolina don't. They are delicious. There is a frosted one below. :)

Here are all of the pictures that I have of stuff I've made up to this point. There is random stuff, decorated cakes, and wedding cakes.

This is Cinnamon Swirl Bread (recipe from Taste of Home). It is delicious and it makes AMAZING French Toast.

These are just snicker doodles. Nothing too exciting.

This is a berry pie I made. I believe this is the first lattice I ever made.

This is nearly 300 Rice krispy treats that I made for a Church get together. I was pretty proud of myself, so I took a picture.

This was my first Thanksgiving Dinner made entirely by myself. It's nothing really fancy, but everything turned out well, and that was a small miracle. We barely made a dent in it.

This is the birthday cake I made for my friend Christy Smith.

This was for Stephanie Naylor.

The Olive Garden used to have a dessert called "Chocolate Lasagna." It was my favorite. So I found a recipe for it, and this is what I got.

This was a cake for Brad Riching's Birthday.

This was for my baby boy, Gene, on his first birthday. He sure enjoyed it.

This was for my nephew, Isaac, on his second birthday.

These 2 cakes were for Emily Rogers bridal shower.

One of them is a mint chocolate cake, the other is cinnamon roll.

My coworker Doreen got a different job and this was for her good-bye/good luck party. It was a white cake with chocolate mousse filling. It is iced with buttercream, fondant and ganache.

This is the cake I did for my dad's wedding. I use the term "cake" loosely. The tiers were actually made of styrofoam.

This is a cake I did while working with Karen in Provo. I can't claim full credit for it, but I more or less did most of it.

I made this cake for a ward talent show in South Carolina. The bottom tier is white cake with chocolate mousse. The top two tiers are rice krispy treats.
